Customer Accounts & Tax-Exempt Purchases

Customer accounts make it easier to order from Geronimo’s Feed & Farm Supply and keep purchases connected to one customer profile.

Sign in to your account

Select the account icon or the “Log in” link on the website, enter the email address associated with your customer profile, and follow Shopify’s secure sign-in prompt. Use the same email address for online orders and when identifying yourself during in-store purchases.

Order history and faster ordering

Your account can provide access to eligible order history and saved contact information. Online and in-store purchases can only be connected accurately when they are assigned to the same customer profile. Purchases made without identifying the customer may not appear in the account.

Tax-exempt purchases

Customers claiming a qualified tax exemption must provide the required exemption documentation for review. Approval is not automatic. Once approved, use the email address attached to the approved Shopify customer profile when signing in and ordering.

If tax appears on an order that you believe should qualify for exemption, contact us before completing payment so we can review the customer profile and order.

Purchase records and annual summaries

Account order history is provided as a convenience. Original receipts and invoices remain the primary purchase records. We are working toward a simpler self-service annual purchase summary for qualified customer accounts, but that feature is not currently promised as part of the standard account experience.

Annual summaries are intended for recordkeeping and do not replace original receipts, invoices, or advice from a tax professional.

Future account improvements

Possible future improvements include customer rewards, recurring local orders, and qualifying local feed or hay delivery. Any new service will be announced after its eligibility rules and operating process are finalized.
